The addition will house an honors college and provide gathering, housing and administrative functions for honors students and staff. It will also provided a new secure entry to the building where gathering space, seminar rooms, quiet study and administrative spaces are situated. The second floor of the addition, accessed by a monumental stair, will provided offices for the honors program dean & staff, as well as support spaces for conferencing and collaboration.
